The video concentration process is rearrangement (time displacement) and compact piling up of target tracks, moving objects which appear in different time periods are translated to the same time period, and a transparent mapping mode is used for ensuring that overlapped areas of a plurality of targets are visible respectively. The original timestamp and the foreground rectangle of each target in the abstract video is labeled, a video indexing function is achieved, and corresponding original video clips are skipped to by clicking moving targets. The active video concentration scheme can be used for removing redundant target tracks and showing needed information of users, and the investigation efficiency based on videos is improved.
