The common electrodes are loaded with common electrode signals within a display time slot and loaded with touch scanning signals within a touch time slot so as to be multiplexed as touch drive electrodes. The multiple touch sensing electrodes are arranged at the same level with the data lines, disposed in corresponding areas of the grid scanning lines, and output touch sensing signals within the touch time slot. The touch drive electrodes and the touch sensing electrodes are in crossed insulating arrangement. As the common electrodes are multiplexed as the touch drive electrodes, and the touch sensing electrodes and the data lines are arranged at the same layer and can be formed by one-step composition process, the touch screen can be produced without extra processes for producing the touch drive electrodes and the touch sensing electrodes, production cost is saved, and production efficiency is improved.
