The mass ratio of pyraoxystrobin and pyraclostrobin in the effective component is 1-75:80-1. The total mass of the effective component of pyraoxystrobin and pyraclostrobin in the preparation accounts for 1%-80% of the total mass of the whole preparation. The sterilization composition of the invention can be prepared into pesticides in dosage forms of missible oil, suspending agents, wettable powder, water dispersible granules, emulsion in water, and microemulsion. The sterilization composition of the invention has excellent controlling effects on cucumber powdery mildew, downy mildew, banana scab, leaf spot disease, grape downy mildew, tomato late blight, and cucumber anthracnose.
