The symmetrically-arranged fluid magnetization device comprises a pair of closing covers, three layers of magnetic pole fixing brackets, an anti-corrosive shell, permanent-magnet poles and a fluid chamber, wherein the closing covers are arranged at the two ends of a cylindrical device, the three layers of staggered and symmetrical brackets are arranged in a shell body of the cylindrical device, the permanent-magnet poles are fixed at the inner sides of the magnetic pole fixing brackets, and the fluid chamber is formed inside the permanent-magnet poles. The symmetrically-arranged fluid magnetization device disclosed by the invention has the advantages that the structure is simple, the cost is relatively low, the use is convenient, the permanent-magnet poles are of symmetrical and staggered arrangement, so as to form a stable helical magnetic field, and fluid is located in a space of the magnetic field and is fully magnetized.
