Embodiment 1

[0014] Grafting 100 seedlings, the method of split grafting and grafting crape myrtle is as follows:

[0015] (1) Scion selection: 5-10 days before the buds germinate on the trunk in early spring, the germinated branches of the previous year are selected for the scion, and the branch thickness is 6-10mm.

[0016] (2) Cutting the scion: Cut the two sides of the scion into a 3-5cm long fan-shaped long section, keep the thickness of 3-4mm, sharpen the lower end, leave 2-3 buds on the scion, and keep the top bud on the same side of the fan-shaped arc. The upper cut is used to be flattened to facilitate healing.

[0017] (3) Treatment of rootstock: split vertically from the section of the rootstock with a cleaving knife, and the length of the slit is slightly longer than that of the scion beveled surface.

[0018] (4) Grafting: align the scion with the cortex of the rootstock and insert it, and connect it with the cambium of both sides. After grafting, seal the two ends of the gra...

Embodiment 2

[0022] Grafting 100 seedlings, the main method is the same as in Example 1, and its difference is that the specific composition and mass percentage of the Wan'an kaolin are: SiO 2 72.55%, Al 2 o 3 17.82%, K 2 O1.87%, Na 2 O0.08%, CaO0.97%, MgO2.37%, Fe 2 o 3 4.34%.

[0023] The grafting survival rate of crape myrtle grafted by this method is 98%, and the germination time is 13-18 days.

Embodiment 3

[0025] Grafting 100 seedlings, the main method is the same as in Example 1, and its difference is that the specific composition and mass percentage of the Wan'an kaolin are: SiO 2 60.28%, Al 2 o 3 29.42%, K 2 O3.69%, Na 2 O0.71%, CaO1.31%, MgO2.37%, Fe 2 o 3 2.22%.

[0026] The grafting survival rate of crape myrtle grafted by this method is 95%, and the germination time is 15-17 days.

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for grafting crape myrtle through cleft grafting. The method comprises the specific steps of selecting a bud branch of previous year for scion, wherein the branch is 6-10mm thick; cutting two sides of the bud branch into 3-5cm long sector surface, keeping the thickness of 3-4mm, sharpening the lower end of the bud branch, reserving 2-3 buds of the bud branch, keeping top buds at same side of the sector arc, and cutting the upper end section flat by a knife; vertically splitting a stock from the fracture surface with a cleft grafting knife, wherein the length of the breach is slightly longer than the sliced surface of the bud branch after the scion; aligning the bud branch after the scion to the skin layer of the stock and inserting so as to be in butt joint with the cambium of the two sides, then sealing two ends of a grafting part with wet wanan kaolin with the humidity of 55-65%, and tightening by a plastic membrane, wherein the wanan kaolin comprises following components by weight percent: 48.00-72.55% of SiO2, 17.82-41.01% of Al2O3, 1.87-3.69% of K2O, 0.08-0.71% of Na2O, 0.69-1.31% of CaO, 0.10-2.37% of MgO, and 0.91-4.34% of Fe2O3; removing germinating buds on the trunk timely, and 20 days later after grafting, checking the survival rate; and removing the plastic membrane when the scion bud grows 4-5cm long. The method can improve the ornamental value of the crape myrtle, accelerates the healing, and increase the survival rate.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for grafting crape myrtle, in particular to a method for splitting and grafting crape myrtle. Background technique [0002] The Suqian Institute of Agricultural Sciences of Jiangsu Academy of Agricultural Sciences has a patent numbered CN201210230755.1, which provides a method for grafting crape myrtle roots to create landscaping. Select 2 to 3 crape myrtle plants with large differences in flower color, unique stem shape, and similar specifications; remove the root soil, Keep the root system intact, make the roots close together by adjusting the direction or angle, and keep the trunk in a "V" shape or a happy shape. The part where the root system is close to the ground 2 cm below the ground is used as a grafting point, and the root system around the grafting point is removed to facilitate grafting. ; Use the root grafting method to butt and match the cambium on both sides of the root; promote the healing of the int...
