The timed automata based software and hardware optimal-partition visualizing method includes a workflow modeling step, a timed automata model design step, a resource management step and an optimal-partition implementing and feedback step, wherein the workflow modeling step includes creating a plurality of models by a graphic modeling framework and drawing a workflow model according to partial ordering relation of the modules; the timed automata model design step includes designing timed automatas for every module and setting up timed automata models of the workflow model; the resource management step includes acquiring consumed time for implementing the workflow model under one-time resource allocation strategy by simulatively implementing the timed automata models; the optimal-partition implementing and feedback step includes acquiring an optimal resource allocation strategy for optimal software and hardware consumption time according to the consumed time and visually displaying software and hardware allocation in the graphic modeling framework under the optimal resource allocation strategy.
