Abstract

The horizontal high-back-pressure centrifugal pumping set comprises an impeller, a pump body, a pump cover, a sealing seat, a motor, a base, a bracket, an elastic shaft end ejector and a nut. A flow path of the pump body has a double-layered volute structure; a valve-controlled discharging structure is arranged on the pump cover; and a mechanical seal and a packing seal are respectively arranged at two ends of the sealing seat. An outwards convex hub is arranged in the middle of the right end of the impeller and is in clearance fit with an inner hole of the left end of the pump cover; and because threads of which the screwing direction is opposite to that of the impeller are arranged on the outer wall of the hub, the reverse threads rotate in the inner hole of the pump cover so that a reverse-screw pressure releasing structure is formed. In order to counteract rightward thrust of back pressure on the impeller, the elastic shaft end ejector is arranged between a suction opening of the pump body and the impeller. By the pointed structure design, the horizontal high-back-pressure centrifugal pumping set can normally run for a long time after diving to an environment with pressure of 5.0MPa.
