The preparation method comprises the following steps: adding all components of the compound essential oil stock solution into a container, and stirring in a homodromous manner to obtain compound essential oil stock solution; and adding the jojoba oil, propylheptyl octoate and tocopheryl acetate into the compound essential oil stock solution, and stirring to obtain the multi-effect whitening and skin tendering compound essential oil.
