Abstract

The invention relates to a purification device and process for crude cotton seed oil produced by a leaching process. The purification device comprises a preheater, a spraying unit and a vacuumizing unit which are sequentially communicated, wherein the spraying unit is composed of a tower and a spraying drum thereon, a wire mesh shaped filler is arranged in the spraying drum, a spraying nozzle is arranged at the upper end, and a gas extraction tube is arranged at the top; a heating coil is arranged in the tower; a trapper is arranged between the spraying unit and the vacuumizing unit; the vacuumizing unit is composed of a jet pump, a negative-pressure pump head thereof and an anti-scour liquid separation box; and the preheater is communicated with a gas exhaust outlet of the heating coil in the tower. Crude cotton seed oil obtained by a leaching process is sequentially subjected to the processes of preheating, spraying negative-pressure separation, grease trapping, gas exhaust and solvent collection, so that the crude oil is purified. Thus, the peculiar smell of the crude oil can be removed, and organic solvent in the crude cotton seed oil produced by a leaching process can be further separated. The purification device and process have the advantages of favorable vacuumizing effect, low negative pressure value, energy saving, thorough grease deodorization and high work efficiency.
