The device comprises a conveyer belt, wherein a plurality of quality testing devices are arranged on the conveyer belt; a movable turnover cover is arranged at the outlet of each quality testing device; a storage box group is connected to the lower part of the corresponding movable turnover cover, and is connected with a warehouse through a track; and a label corresponding to each quality testing device is attached to each storage box. When the quality testing devices judge the parts to be unqualified, the movable turnover covers are opened, and the parts fall into the storage boxes, and thus the storage box corresponding to each quality testing device is the unqualified part in the quality testing procedure; the unqualified part products can be distinguished to use according to the characteristics of the process; for example, the products which are unqualified in dimensional accuracy can be applied to non-precise instruments after being tested to be qualified in other procedures.
