A data transmit frame format mainly comprises a Q-band training field supporting two types of bandwidth simultaneously, a signaling field for interpreting basic information required by a data transmit mode, a channel estimation field supporting two types of data bandwidth and a Data field. According to the method, when a basic service set (BSS) established by an access point (AP) is a small bandwidth BSS, an initiator and a responder perform small bandwidth communication; when the BSS established by the AP is a large bandwidth BSS, the initiator and the responder perform small bandwidth communication or large bandwidth communication according to channel detection and bandwidth sustaining power of two communication sides.
