A design method thereof is also disclosed, a specific beam control antenna can be designed according to the corresponding scene, the corresponding statistical optimal directivity diagram is obtained, the corresponding surface wave antenna is designed by using artificial impedance, the required optimal directivity diagram distribution is realized through the surface wave antenna, and then the optimal degree of freedom and channel capacity of the entire antenna array surface are obtained, so that optimal MIMO communication can be realized.
