By adoption of the expanded coarse-cereal feed and the preparation method, the technical problems of low nutritional value of eggs and potential food safety hazard in an existing ecological breeding mode are solved. The expanded coarse-cereal feed comprises the following materials by weight percent: 40%-60% of hulless oat, 10%-30% of sorghum, 10%-25% of millet bran, 5%-10% of flaxseed and 5%-10% of date powder. The expanded coarse-cereal feed produced by adopting the formula has the beneficial effects that all the components are reasonably matched, the nutrition is balanced, the feeding value is high, the advantages of all the components can be furthest exerted, and eggs laid by the fed laying hens are high in nutritional value and scientific in nutritional component proportion.
