Problems solved by technology

[0003] The use of manual methods such as burning and digging to prevent and control alien plants is only suitable for small areas; although chemical control methods such as herbicides can control the invasion of alien plants in large areas, but the large-scale use of chemical substances has the potential to pollute the environment
Using the introduction of natural enemies to control exotic weeds can control large areas of vicious invasive weeds, but there are new changes in biological control agents after the introduction that cause new hazards
Artificial control methods and chemical control methods are only effective for a short period of time

Embodiment 1

[0038] From October 2012 to August 2014, a field experiment was conducted on the abandoned farmland around Hunan Xiangtan Manganese Mine.

[0039] Plant Material: Red Thistle ( Ageratum conyzoides ), Fei Cai ( Sedum aizoon ), Tianzao ( Aeschynomene indica ), pig dung bean ( Crotalaria mucronata ), Lilac moss ( Hypnum plumaeforme ) and wall moss ( Tortula muralis ).

[0040] The implementation steps are as follows:

[0041] (1) Collect moss and wall moss in October 2012, cut them into pieces, and mix them to make moss granules.

[0042] (2) At the end of April 2013, robust seedlings of Shenghongji, Tianzao and Zhushi bean were collected.

[0043] (3) Lemongrass ramets: Select a robust plant with buds, dig out the whole plant, cut it into multiple divisions, and keep 4-6 buds for each division.

[0044] (4) Growth control experiment of red thistle: choose a sample plot in the abandoned cultivated land suitable for the growth of red thistle as a control e...

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for controlling an alien plant Ageratum conyzoides. The method comprises the following steps: (1) collecting Hypnum plumaeforme and Tortula muralis; cutting the Hypnum plumaeforme and the Tortula muralis into pieces and mixing to prepare moss particles; (2) collecting the Ageratum conyzoides, Aeschynomene indica and Crotalaria mucronata seedlings; (4) dividing Sedum aizoon; (4) constructing an experiment sample area and a contrast experiment sample area from abandoned lands suitable for the Ageratum conyzoides to grow, and forming planting pits; and (5) filling the moss particles into the planting pits, and interplanting the Ageratum conyzoides with three plants including the Sedum aizoon, the Aeschynomene indica and the Crotalaria mucronata. By the aid of the method disclosed by the invention, the growth of the alien plant Ageratum conyzoides can be effectively controlled and the invasion and dispersion of the alien plant Ageratum conyzoides are stopped and controlled. The plants adopted by the method are locally planted; materials are easy to obtain and are easy to culture and manage; no ecological risks occur and the economic benefits can be obtained.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to an ecological prevention and control method for the invasion of foreign plant red thistle. Background technique [0002] There are more than 180 kinds of foreign plants in my country, some of which have become vicious invasive weeds, such as the red thistle ( Ageratum conyzoides )wait. The invasion of alien plants has caused huge economic losses and has become a global ecological and economic problem. Studying the prevention and control technology of exotic weeds is the key to ensuring national biological security and agricultural economic security. [0003] The use of manual methods such as burning and digging to prevent and control alien plants is only suitable for small areas; although chemical control methods such as herbicides can control the invasion of alien plants in large areas, but the large-scale use of chemical substances has the potential to pollute the environment. Using the introduction of natural enemies to c...
