The radioactive waste resin shielding transfer method comprises the resin loading step which comprises inputting the resin to a resin storage tank from a nuclear island plant through a resin conveying pipeline due to the radioactive waste resin shielding transfer device; the resin storage tank water removal step which comprises inputting the water in the resin storage tank to the nuclear island plant through a water removal pipeline; the conveying step which comprises conveying the resin shielding transfer device to factory site waste treatment devices; the resin unloading step which comprises displacing the resin to the factory site waste treatment devices from the resin storage tank by a volumetric water displacement unloading process. The integral process of shielding transfer of the waste resin can be effectively implemented through the radioactive waste resin shielding transfer device and the series of steps and meanwhile the leakage conditions of radioactive substances can be detected in the transfer process.
