A deinsectization device for providing food for aquatic animals and plants in the water collecting container is arranged above the water collecting container. The system is provided with the water collecting container and the irrigation container, and collected rainwater is used separately for aquatic animal and plant cultivation and irrigation so that the water quality between the water collecting container and the irrigation container cannot be affected.
