The method comprises the steps that before an inspected object is scanned formally, multiple times of pre-scanning is carried out to obtain multiple initial images, and inversion recovery time of an impulse sequence corresponding to each time of pre-scanning is different from that of other impulse sequences; a sampling value is obtained through each initial image, and the sampling values are mean gray values or gray level quadratic sum; the minimum sampling value is determined from the multiple obtained sampling values, and the inversion recovery time corresponding to the minimum sampling value is the best inversion recovery time. According to the method, the best inversion recovery time is searched for according to signal changing conditions of a region of interest in magnetic resonance images, the problem that the inversion recovery time is manually searched for in existing workflow is solved, time is saved, and the inversion recovery time which is searched is more accurate.
