The super-long-workability steel arch self-compacting concrete comprises, by weight, 100 parts of a gel system composed of ordinary Portland cement and ore powder with a cement/ore powder weight ratio of 2.3:1-2.4:1, 142-145 parts of continuously-graded high-quality II district medium sand with the fineness modulus of 2.5-2.7, 138-140 parts of 5-10nm single-grading cobblestones with the crush index of 4-5%, 1.0-1.1 parts of a modified polycarboxylic acid additive, 9-10 parts of an expanding agent HEA, and 30-31 parts of water. In the invention, the new ash-free gelling system is established, the modified polycarboxylic acid additive is added, the water-gel ratio is strictly controlled, and the expanding agent with an appropriate amount and an appropriate type is added, so the prepared concrete has abundant slurry feed, workability, flowability and segregation resistance, can meet a super long workability requirement, and can well meet requirements of steel arch self-compacting concretes by engineering.
