The invention discloses a transformer station, a monitoring system and a monitoring method. The monitoring system comprises a scheduling station and a plant station. The plant station comprises a plurality of intelligent electronic devices, restarting controller modules which are connected to the intelligent electronic devices on one-to-one correspondence basis, and a central controller which is uniformly connected to the restarting controller modules. The scheduling main station is used for transmitting a first message signal to the central controller when the electronic device among the plurality of intelligent electronic devices crashes; the central controller transmits a restarting order to the restarting control module correspondingly connected to the intelligent electronic device which crashes according to the first message signal when the central controller receives the first message signal; and the restarting controller module which receives the restarting order controls the intelligent electronic device which is correspondingly connected to restart according to the restarting order. The invention realizes the automatic restarting of the crashed intelligent electronic device, and improves the working efficency.
