The scheduling main station is used for transmitting a first message signal to the central controller when the electronic device among the plurality of intelligent electronic devices crashes; the central controller transmits a restarting order to the restarting control module correspondingly connected to the intelligent electronic device which crashes according to the first message signal when the central controller receives the first message signal; and the restarting controller module which receives the restarting order controls the intelligent electronic device which is correspondingly connected to restart according to the restarting order.
