The method comprises steps: when entering a wireless local area network is realized and a beacon sent by the wireless access point is not scanned, a self wakeup signal transmission module is used for broadcasting a wakeup signal externally, and thus after the wireless access point receives the wakeup signal via the self wakeup signal receiving module, a response signal is fed back to the mobile terminal; the response signal fed back by the wireless access point is received; a target wireless access point in data communication with the mobile terminal is determined; and correlation between the mobile terminal and the target wireless access point is built, and data communication is carried out.
