The method comprises steps: a first power consumption value of a tested terminal processing a first business is obtained in at least a network covering condition; a reference network covering condition is selected from the at least one network covering condition, a first impact factor of network covering states to power consumption of the test terminal is calculated according to the first power consumption value of the tested terminal processing the first business in the reference network covering condition and the first power consumption values of the tested terminal processing the first business in all the network covering conditions; a second power consumption value of the test terminal processing at least a business is obtained in the reference network covering condition; the second power consumption value is corrected according to the first impact factor, and a corrected power consumption value of the tested terminal is obtained; and a power consumption index of the tested terminal is calculated according to the corrected power consumption value and a preset occupation amount corresponding to at least one business.
