Abstract

The method comprises steps: a NFV0 (Network Functions Virtualization Orchestrator) determines a current value of an energy efficiency state parameter of a first NF (Network Function), wherein the energy efficiency state parameter is a parameter configured for the first NF; the NFV0 sends first indication information to a first resource management node, wherein the first indication information includes the current value for indicating the management node to set the energy-saving state of the first resource to the energy-saving state indicated by the current value, and the first resource is a resource for realizing the first NF. In the embodiment of the invention, through transmitting the first NF energy efficiency state parameter value between the NFVO and the resource management node, the first NF and the energy-saving state of the first resource for realizing the first NF are adjusted to be consistent, and thus the problem of difficult coordinated control between the NF and the resource for realizing the NF in the case of NFV field energy-saving control can be solved.
