The isomorph identification method has the advantages that calculation and simulation are conducted in an MATLAB; more than 3000 types of kinematic chains containing 10 or less complex hinges can be constructed when the isomorph identification method is combined with a corresponding type synthesis method; and results show that the isomorph identification method is practical, reliable and effective.
