Abstract

The invention provides a visible light cured dental restorative composition and a preparation method thereof. The composition comprises components in the following parts by weight: 30-55 parts of an oligomer resin, 20-40 parts of an active diluent, 10-20 parts of an inorganic filler, 3-7 parts of a photoinitiator, and 3-7 parts of a co-initiator. Compared with the prior art, the application has the advantages that curing with visible light is suitable for long-term operation, direct operation is available in the mouth of a patient, using is facilitated, and clinical operation is facilitated; a traditional bi-component chemically cured composite resin is abandoned, a single-component photo-curing system is introduced, post-curing heat production is low, and volume contraction is low; the use of visible light curing initiator avoids ultraviolet injuring the patient and doctors; by introducing the inorganic filler and using a wet bonding technique and an organic substrate to form a composite, and the cured material has good mechanical properties, such as wear resistance and hardness.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a visible light curing dental restoration composition and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] Dental treatment is different from the treatment of general diseases. In addition to the use of drugs, many of them are used to repair tooth defects and fill tooth cavities. Therefore, dental restoration materials are very important medical materials. [0003] There are many varieties of dental restoration materials. There are three main types of restoration materials used to repair tooth defects caused by dental caries, trauma and other reasons: alloy materials, ceramics and composite resins. Silver tribute alloy has been used as a dental filling material for more than 160 years, and it is still used as a common material for posterior tooth filling. However, silver-tribute alloys have poor matching with tooth color, and are prone to electrochemical corrosion and creep. Especially in the process of production a...
