[0019] Discovery of miRNAs related to breast cancer prognosis:
[0020] Firstly, total RNA was extracted from 422 paraffin sections of breast cancer and 31 paraffin sections of normal breast preserved in the Cancer Hospital Affiliated to Sun Yat-sen University, and the RNA concentration and quality were detected by nanodrop for later miRNA chip test. 422 patients were randomly divided into training group and test group, and their basic information is shown in Table 1. In addition, in order to further test whether miRNA molecular signatures have the same predictive ability in different populations, 161 breast cancer tissues from the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University were collected to form an independent group (the basic information is shown in Table 1).
