Data message information from an MAC layer is cached by a message receiving module, and meanwhile, the message receiving module controls a receiving speed; after the received data message information with a proper speed is placed in a cache unit, a format processing module reserves a blank header for subsequent processing and adds head and tail information; then, the data is transmitted to a length check module and an error check module to check whether the data message information is correct; the data message information having no error is transmitted to a filling processing module and a decapsulation processing module thereafter at one time, and maximum and minimum packet limit of a network layer are cooperated by these modules; thereafter, the data message information is transmitted to a keyword extraction and lookup module to cooperate with a subsequent routing table entry lookup and result return module to realize a routing algorithm; and finally, a processed IP message is sent to a transport layer by a forwarding module.
