The medical humeral head reduction-fixation device used for humerus surgical neck fractures has following beneficial effects: the conventional defect of proximal humeral fractures treated in operation is solved; rotation of a humeral head on a glenoidal cavity is controlled; the humeral head can be controlled in a three-dimensional space so that operation reduction time is shortened; reduction and temporary fixation of the humeral head on the glenoidal cavity can be finished at one step so that extremely high repeatability is obtained; the long bone needle is utilized for finishing fixation of the humeral head, the humeral head holding device can be separated from the humeral head in order to make space for reduction of the humeral head, major and minor tubercles; and differently-shaped humeral head holding devices provide different selections for different fracture shapes.
