Abstract

The invention provides a banana-fruit-particle / amylosynthease-gene-promoter-combined key response element and a screening method thereof. The key response element is a DNA segment obtained by carrying out PCR (polymerase chain reaction) amplification on the template Brazilian banana genome DNA by using primers of which the nucleotide sequences are disclosed as SEQ ID NO.7 and SEQ ID NO.8. Banana MaGBSSI-3 promoter deleted segments with different lengths are designed for screening so as to obtain the key response element of the MaGBSSI-3 gene promoter, thereby providing direction in the research of demands for different contents of amyloses in food, medical treatment, industry and other professions, and providing references for research of GBSS gene of other plants.
