Abstract

The invention provides a banana-fruit-particle / amylosynthease-gene-promoter-combined key response element and a screening method thereof. The key response element is a DNA segment obtained by carrying out PCR (polymerase chain reaction) amplification on the template Brazilian banana genome DNA by using primers of which the nucleotide sequences are disclosed as SEQ ID NO.7 and SEQ ID NO.8.
