The rubber net-shaped cover is installed on the outer side of an automobile tire in a surrounding mode through the annular fastening belt. The adsorption face of each sucker is in a hexagon shape. The multiple suckers are arranged on the outer surface of the rubber net-shaped cover in a honeycomb mode with identical preset gaps. The suckers with the hexagonal adsorption faces serve as anti-skid components.
