A method includes pre-establishing a matching information database of business objects of a fashion category by a server, the matching information database storing respective one or more matching proposals corresponding to first business objects, and the matching proposals including respective second business objects that matches with the first business objects and corresponding matching degree information; receiving a request for obtaining matching information of a specific first business object from a first user client; and providing information of a matching proposal of the specific first business object according to the matching information database. The embodiments of the present disclosure can save resources used by user operations such as switching between categories, and help reducing the access pressure and workload of a server.
