The method comprises steps, 1) a legal monitoring node estimates signal channel state information in a communication system through monitoring pilot frequencies of a suspicious emitting node and a suspicious receiving node; 2) the legal monitoring node calculates the best emitting power pd and emission, the emitting and receiving beam forming devices wt and wr on the basis of the maximized system monitoring non-interrupting probability by using the signal channel state information estimated; 3) when the suspicious emitting node is in communication with the suspicious receiving node, the legal monitoring node can maximize the monitoring non-interrupting probability of the system under the full dual-working mode on the basis of the best emitting power pd and the emitting and receiving beam forming devices wt and wr. The method can make the disturbing signal generate big disturbance to the suspicious receiving node while slightly impact on the legal monitoring node, thereby largely promoting the monitoring non-interrupting probability of the whole communication system.
