Cleansing components of the cleansing water having no irritation to eyes comprise polyglycerol-10 laurate, di(PPG (Poly Propylene Glycol))-2-nutmegoleyl alcohol polyether-10)adipate and 1,3-propylene glycol. The preparation method of the cleansing water comprises the following steps: S1, adding raw materials of an auxiliary agent component into a stirring pot and heating to 80 DEG C to 85 DEG C; stirring and dissolving uniformly; then keeping the heat for 30 minutes; cooling to 40 DEG C to 45 DEG C; S2, adding raw materials of the cleansing components into the stirring pot and stirring and dissolving uniformly; S3, adding raw materials of a preservative component into the stirring pot, and stirring and dissolving uniformly. According to the cleansing water, the polyglycerol-10 laurate, the di(PPG-2-nutmegoleyl alcohol polyether-10)adipate and the 1,3-propylene glycol are combined to realize an efficient cleansing effect and excessive degreasing on skins is not caused.
