The oleyl alcohol phase stable phase is still as long as 180 days, so that a problem that a fuel oil system and an engine needs to be regulated and optimized when the methanol content exceeds 85% is broken through, and therefore, the technical problems including intermiscibility, low temperature cold initiation, low-temperature freezing resistance, oleyl alcohol layering, oleyl alcohol phase stability and the like when the methanol content is 85%-95% are effectively solved.
