By comprehensively considering prior traffic requirements of bus rapid transit vehicles and basic traffic constraints of non-prior motor vehicles, non-automatic vehicles and pedestrians, the prior traffic of the bus rapid transit vehicles is realized on the basis of guaranteeing normal operation of intersections. The specific method comprises the steps of firstly, collecting basic data including rapid bus route information, intersection traffic flow and flow direction information, intersection canal design and signal timing plans and the like; secondly, constructing a non-prior phase minimum green light requirement time and signal prior control model; and finally, according to the time of reaching the intersections of a bus rapid transit, calculating real-time green light time of each phase and generating a bus rapid transit signal prior control scheme.
