All participants in the network have copies of the block chain, the credibility of the data can be confirmed without check of any centralized mechanism, and meanwhile, ecological environment monitoring information and data are opened to the society, so that illegal acts of excess emission, data tampering or data falsification and the like can be effectively blocked; the integrity and the authenticity of the data are ensured; and the ecological environment monitoring uniformity and effectiveness are strengthened.
