Abstract

The invention relates to a diagnosis kit for Parkinson's disease, and application of the diagnosis kit. According to the diagnosis kit, single-blind detection is carried out on the expression levels of miR-105-5p, miR-21-5p, miR-29a-5p and miR-30e-5p in plasma of 263 patients with the Parkinson's disease and a healthy control group of 242 hpersons having matched ages and sexes, and the four miRNAs are found to be significantly different in the plasma of patients with the Parkinson's disease and the plasma of healthy people, so that the four miRNAs are suggested to used as a molecular marker for preparing the kit for the Parkinson's disease, or to be used for preparing medicines for treating the Parkinson's disease. After the kit is used, the medication compliance has remarkable influence on the miR-21-5p, so that the kit can be used for screening the medicines for treating the Parkinson's disease.
