An operational motion control device comprises a motion controller, an upper computer, a data collection card, an acceleration sensor, a load and a motion execution organization. The test and the method select a motion parameter under a load circumstance of being the most stable in the motion control device execution, slight in a plate vibration, small in an execution sound and noiseless as the motion parameter of the motion control device and the electric machine driver. Comparing a sum of vibration acceleration effective value, the electric machine and the electric driver group, with the minimum sum of vibration acceleration effective value, is selected as the best group. The electric machine and the driver thereof has the advantages that under the condition of the selected motion parameter of the motion control device and the electric machine driver, vibration acceleration effective value is used to be a parameter standard for judging the electric machine motion performance and then the best electric machine and the electric driver group can be found.
