According to the invention, the method can examine the lithium ion batteries and the cycle performances of the materials inside the batteries, screens the lithium ion battery with the best cycle performances, noticeably increases the efficiency of examination, reduces the cost of examination, and promote mass manufacturing and application of the lithium ion batteries.
