Abstract

The invention discloses a wrist joint prosthesis with titanium alloy locking plates. The wrist joint prosthesis comprises a radius fixing assembly and a carpus assembly. The radius fixing assembly is formed by the radius locking plate and a hemispherical articular surface, locking holes are formed in the surface of the radius locking plate, and in the use process, locking nails penetrate through the locking holes to fix the radius locking plate to the palmaris of the radius. The carpus assembly is formed by a crosslinked polyethylene hemisphere and an elliptic basal disc in a connected mode, the third metacarpal bone locking plate is arranged at the position, corresponding to the back side of the third metacarpal bone, of the side edge of the basal disc, locking holes are formed in the surface of the third metacarpal bone locking plate, locking nails penetrate through the locking holes to fix the third metacarpal bone locking plate to the back side of the third metacarpal bone, and holes are formed in the two sides of the basal disc to apply carpus fixing screws. According to the wrist joint prosthesis, good and firm integration of the anatomical structure of the normal wrist joint and soft tissue can be maintained; besides, the wrist joint prosthesis is closer to the normal wrist joint in function and more reasonable in biomechanics, so that the prosthesis is more stable, loosening is reduced, and the service life is prolonged.
