A serratia marcescens culture detection method is provided, a sampling loading volume best for uniform distribution of serratia marcescens on a nutrient agar plate is found by optimizing the sample loading volume in a plate count method, and the accuracy of a final plate count result is guaranteed. A computational formula suitable for a serratia marcescens quantitative determination result is also provided.
