The method comprises the following steps: 1) a bypass sampling device is arranged at a sampling point of a process medium pipeline; 2) after entering a bypass sampling pipe, the medium in the process medium pipeline automatically flows downstream; and in the flowing process, the medium flow is analyzed and probed by the laser gas analyzer and then flows back into the process medium pipeline through a rear sampling port; and 3) to overhaul the laser gas analyzer, a sampling stop valve I and a sampling stop valve II are shut down in turn.
