Abstract

The invention provides a kit for predicting early postoperation reoccurrence of a patient suffering from stage-III gastric carcinoma. The kit is characterized by comprising a primer, wherein the primer is used for amplifying annular RNAs (Ribonucleic Acid); the annular RNAs comprise circRNA_101308, _circRNA_104423, circRNA_104916 and circRNA_100269. Through comprehensive analysis on expression levels of the four annular RNAs in tissue of the patient suffering from stage-III gastric carcinoma, the purpose of predicting the reoccurrence risk factor of the patient after surgical tumor exairesis can be achieved. The invention further provides a system for predicting early postoperation reoccurrence of the patient suffering from stage-III gastric carcinoma. By adopting the system provided by the invention, the contents of the four annular RNAs of the patient after surgical tumor exairesis are detected, the risk factor of the patient is calculated on the basis of the system, and then the probability of reoccurrence of the disease of the patient can be judged; compared with a conventional detection method, the kit has the characteristics of being quantitative and accurate, convenient in sample collection, and the like.
