Abstract

The invention discloses a three-dimensional free curved surface deformation method applicable to a cylinder-like object. The objective of the invention is to solve the problem of the weak deformation capability of the cylindrical object in the current curved surface deformation method and improve capability for carrying out radial and circumferential deformation of the cylinder-like object. The method comprises steps of step 1, using discrete point coordinate data under a rectangular coordinate system to represent a three-dimensional curved surface, and establishing a free curved surface deformation control frame around the curved surface to obtain a coordinate of the control frame; step 2, defining the cylindrical coordinate system, converting the rectangular coordinates of the curved surface and the control frame into cylindrical coordinates, and establishing a virtual frame under the cylindrical coordinate systems; step 3, using the control frame and the virtual frame under the cylindrical coordinate systems to establish a mathematical mapping relation based on the free curved surface deformation method and solving a required parameter coordinate; step 4, correcting the coordinate of the control frame under the cylindrical coordinate systems and solving to obtain a deformed curved surface point coordinate; and step 5, converting the deformed curved surface cylindrical coordinate into a rectangular coordinate.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of aircraft design, in particular to a free-form surface deformation method suitable for cylindrical three-dimensional curved surfaces. Background technique [0002] In recent years, the aerodynamic shape optimization design method based on computational fluid dynamics has become an important research field and design tool, and has attracted the attention of many researchers and engineering designers. It plays an important role in the large aircraft development strategy that the country is adhering to. As an important module in the optimal design method, the three-dimensional surface deformation method (also called parametric method) is used to enable the designer to use mathematical variables to change the shape of the three-dimensional surface. The modification of the shape of the surface deformation method needs to meet the engineering requirements such as continuity, smoothness, and geometric features, a...
