The system comprises a parasailing power assisting device, a handheld cross bar, a bidirectional surfboard, a weight detection device and a safety protection device. The parasailing power assisting device comprises parasailing canvas and an automatic open-and-close controller, wherein the parasailing canvas has an open state and a contracted state, and the automatic open-and-close controller is used for controlling the parasailing canvas to be switched between the open state and the contracted state and further used for controlling the open angle of the parasailing canvas. The safety protection device comprises a waist hook sub-device, a sitting hook sub-device and an embedded processor, wherein the embedded processor is connected with the weight detection device and the automatic open-and-close controller separately, and used for adjusting the open angle of the parasailing canvas based on the weight of a surfer.
