Abstract

The invention discloses siRNA capable of inhibiting RBM3 gene expression of human melanoma as well as an expression vector and an application of the siRNA, and belongs to the technical field of genetic engineering. According to the invention, five siRNAs, which can specifically silence RBM3 gene expression of human melanoma cells, are disclosed; and the invention provides the vector capable of expressing and generating the siRNA and a constructing method of the vector, as well as the application of the siRNA capable of inhibiting RBM3 gene expression of the human melanoma and the expression vector of the siRNA in aspect of inhibiting in vitro proliferation of the melanoma. With the application of the siRNA which can inhibit the RBM3 gene expression in the human melanoma cells provided by the invention, the in vitro proliferation of the human melanoma cells can be effectively inhibited; and an effect of RBM3 gene on promoting proliferation of the melanoma cells is proved for the first time, so that a novel target is provided for the treatment of the melanoma, and a certain theoretical basis and a feasible medicine are offered for the treatment of the melanoma.
