Abstract

The invention discloses a direct acting fuel oil metering device. The direct acting fuel oil metering device comprises a pipeline conveying system, a high-temperature type oval gear flowmeter system, an equivalent valve metering system and a direct constant pressure difference valve control system. The direct acting fuel oil metering device is simple in structure, obvious in effect and high in reliability. The high-temperature type oval gear flowmeter system is adopted, the control precision is high, and the device is hardly influenced by outside influential factors. The spherical equivalent valve metering system and the direct constant pressure difference valve control system are adopted to cooperatively control the oil pressure and the flow rate of fuel oil. A fuel oil flow control mode is adopted, and the constant pressure difference effect is achieved mainly on the basis of adjusting the opening degree of an oil return window of the direct constant pressure difference valve control system to convey surplus oil flow output by a fuel oil pump back to an inlet of the pump. No amplifier element is arranged, and a constant pressure difference valve doubles as a metering element and an actuating element, so that the steady state error is large, however, the device is simple in structure and high in reliability, and the direct acting fuel oil metering device can be widely applied to aircraft engines of which the required accuracy is not high.
