Researches find that lipopolysaccharide from escherichia coli O128:B12,O127:B8,O55:B5 can notably improve the accumulated food consumption of animals, so that deposition of fat contents in the bodies of the animals can be notably reduced, besides, the lean tissue content of bodies of mice is increased, and the skeletal muscle content of the mice is increased. Besides, the subcutaneous fat content of the mice can also be notably reduced, the gastrocnemius content in the bodies of the mice is increased, and the metabolism level of brown fat is increased.
