Abstract

The invention discloses a peony seed oil composite natural antioxidant containing paeonol. The composite natural antioxidant is prepared from tea polyphenol, paeonol and O-palmitoyl-L-ascorbic acid in the mass ratio of (0.5-2.5):(0.5-1.5):1. According to the antioxidant, tea polyphenol, paeonol and O-palmitoyl-L-ascorbic acid are compounded, an obvious synergistic effect is generated among the three components, and the antioxidant effect is remarkably higher than that of a pure single component after the three components are added into peony seed oil; the anti-oxidation effect is better than that of TBHQ and obviously higher than that of BHT, BHT and other natural antioxidants. The composite natural antioxidant is environmentally friendly, free of toxins, good in heat stability, remarkable in antioxidant effect and capable of being used for resisting oxidation of the peony seed oil.
