The double-lithium battery control system comprises an SMBus communication module, a battery information analyzing module, a charging chip control module, a power supply switching control module, and a charging discharging strategy decision making module, which are disposed on an EC firmware in an integrated way. The SMBus communication module is used to provide an SMBus communication interface to other modules, and is used for battery information acquisition and charging chip control. The battery information analyzing module is used to read and analyze lithium battery information by an interface provided by the SMBus communication module. The charging chip control module is used to realize setting of charging switching-on / off and charging voltage / current by the interface provided by the SMBus communication module.
